Common use of Property Defined Clause in Contracts

Property Defined. The Land and the Improvements are hereinafter sometimes referred to collectively as the "Real Property." The Land, the Improvements, the Personal Property, the Leases and the Intangibles are hereinafter sometimes referred to collectively as the "Property." Each parcel thereof separately identified on Exhibit A is hereinafter referred to separately as a "Parcel"; more than one Parcel are referred to as "Parcels."
