Property and Records. Upon termination of Employee’s employment hereunder for any reason or for no reason, Employee will promptly deliver to the Company any property of the Company which may be in Employee’s possession, including blackberry-type devices, laptops, cell phones, products, materials, memoranda, notes, records, reports or other documents or photocopies of the same.
