Common use of Property and Liens Clause in Contracts

Property and Liens. Each Company has good and marketable title to all its property reflected on the Current Financials except for property that is obsolete or that has been disposed of in the ordinary course of business or, after the date of this agreement, as otherwise permitted by this agreement. All Collateral is free and clear of any Liens and adverse claims of any nature except Permitted Liens.
