Common use of Property Access Clause in Contracts

Property Access. To fulfill the obligation of the TxDOT-Provided Approvals to maintain current access during and after construction, Developer shall make reasonable efforts to minimize the inconvenience to vehicles, bicycles and pedestrians during the Term. Developer shall maintain access to adjacent properties during construction and ensure that visibility of businesses is maintained.
