Property Acceptance Sample Clauses

The Property Acceptance clause defines the process by which a buyer formally acknowledges that a property meets the agreed-upon standards or conditions. Typically, this involves the buyer conducting inspections or walkthroughs, after which they must notify the seller of any defects or confirm acceptance within a specified timeframe. This clause ensures that both parties are clear on when the buyer has accepted the property as-is, thereby limiting future disputes over property condition and establishing a clear point at which the risk and responsibility for the property transfer to the buyer.
