PROPER POSTAGE PREPAID. The Collateral Agent shall have the right to proceed against each Pledgor or its personal property in a court in any location to enable the Collateral Agent to obtain personal jurisdiction over any Pledgor, to realize on the Pledged Collateral or any other security for the Secured Obligations or to enforce a judgment or other court order entered in favor of the Collateral Agent.
