Proper implementation Clause Samples

The "Proper implementation" clause sets out the requirement that parties must carry out their obligations under the agreement in accordance with specified standards or procedures. This typically means adhering to industry best practices, following agreed timelines, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the quality and specifications outlined in the contract. By establishing clear expectations for performance, this clause helps prevent disputes over subpar work and ensures that both parties understand the level of diligence and care required to fulfill their contractual duties.
Proper implementation. Each Party shall perform its tasks in accordance with the Consortium Plan and contribute to the completion of the work package. If a work package cannot be completed, the Parties must collaborate to propose an amendment of the Grant Agreement for that work package via an alternative solution.
Proper implementation. Each Permittee shall be deemed to be properly implementing the terms of the Permit and this Agreement if it has made its Contributions in accordance with section 8 of this Agreement and is performing those avoidance and minimization measures identified in Chapter 5 of the HCP that are applicable to Covered Activities undertaken by the Permittee.
