The Proper Identification clause requires parties to accurately and clearly identify themselves and any relevant documents or items referenced in the agreement. This typically involves providing full legal names, addresses, and, where applicable, unique identifiers such as contract numbers or serial numbers for goods. By ensuring all parties and items are unmistakably identified, the clause helps prevent confusion, misdelivery, or disputes over the subject matter of the contract.
Proper Identification. All contact between Dealer/Distributor and Customers, including, but not limited to, Internet content, email, telephone, facsimile and/or mail must indicate that the contact and purchase/service is with Dealer/Distributor and shall not state or imply any agreement, representation, or warranty, on behalf HII. Dealer/Distributor must clearly disclose on the Authorized Web Site where the physical place of business is located including the address and phone number of the Dealer/Distributor’s headquarters.
