Common use of Proof of Execution of Instruments and of Holding of Securities Clause in Contracts

Proof of Execution of Instruments and of Holding of Securities. The execution of any instrument by a Securityholder or his or her agent or proxy may be proved in accordance with such reasonable rules and regulations as may be prescribed by the Trustee or in such manner as shall be satisfactory to the Trustee. The holding of Registered Securities shall be proved by the Security register or by a certificate of the registrar thereof.

The Subject to Sections 7.1 and 7.2 hereof, the execution of any instrument by a Securityholder Holder or his or her agent or proxy may be proved in accordance with such reasonable rules and regulations as may be prescribed by the Trustee or in such manner as shall be satisfactory to the Trustee. The holding of Registered Securities shall be proved by the Security register Register or by a certificate of the registrar thereofRegistrar or Co-Registrar.
