Common use of Proof of Execution by Noteholders Clause in Contracts

Proof of Execution by Noteholders. (a) Subject to the provisions of Sections 5.01, 5.02 and 7.05, proof of the execution of any instrument by a Noteholder or his agent or proxy shall be sufficient if made in accordance with such reasonable rules and regulations as may be prescribed by the Trustee or in such manner as shall be satisfactory to the Trustee.

(a) Subject to the provisions of Sections 5.0110.1, 5.02 10.2 and 7.0512.5 hereof, proof of the execution of any instrument instruments by a Noteholder or his the agent or proxy for such Noteholder shall be sufficient if made in accordance with such reasonable rules and regulations as may be prescribed by the Trustee or in such manner as shall be satisfactory to the Trustee. The ownership of Notes shall be proved by the register for the Notes maintained by the Trustee.
