Proof of Execution by Holders. Subject to the provisions of Sections 8.01, 8.02 and 10.05, proof of the execution of any instrument by a Holder, his agent or proxy shall be sufficient if made in accordance with such reasonable rules and regulations as may be prescribed by the Trustee or in such manner as shall be satisfactory to the Trustee. The ownership of Securities of any series shall be proved by the registry books of the Company or by a certificate of the registrar of the Securities of any series. The record of any meeting of Holders of Securities may be proved in the manner provided in Section 10.06.
