Proof of Destruction. Customers requesting the return must provide a completed and signed letter of destruction in the format as provided in this Schedule "F" hereto. Alternatively, destruction can be verified by a Distributor-certified de-installation routing monitored or administered by a revenue-neutral service provider run on the Distributor system. The application should provide electronic notice of de-installation.
