Pronouns, Etc. The number and gender of each pronoun used in this Agreement and the term "person" or "persons" or the like shall be construed to mean both the number and gender of the individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, firm, trust, agency and other entity as the context, circumstance or its antecedent may require. The terms "herein," "hereof," "hereby," "hereto" and the like refer to this Agreement as a whole.
