Prompt presentation onto the Network. Where railway vehicles under the control of the Train Operator will move onto and off the Network, the parties shall ensure that in respect of each Nominated Location they will facilitate (to the extent they are able) the prompt presentation of such railway vehicles onto and off the Network.
