Prompt Implementation. After receiving notice that the FTA official signed the Underlying Agreement, the Recipient agrees to undertake promptly each Project and related activities described in the Underlying Agreement.
Prompt Implementation. After receiving notice that FTA has awarded Federal funds for its Project, the Recipient agrees to undertake promptly the Project work described in:
