Prompt distribution of proceeds Sample Clauses
The "Prompt distribution of proceeds" clause requires that any funds or assets received, typically from a sale, settlement, or liquidation, must be distributed to the entitled parties without unnecessary delay. In practice, this means that once proceeds are collected, the responsible party—such as a trustee, agent, or seller—must allocate and transfer the appropriate shares to beneficiaries or stakeholders as soon as reasonably possible. This clause ensures that recipients receive their due funds in a timely manner, reducing the risk of disputes or financial hardship caused by delayed payments.
