Promotional Payments Sample Clauses

The Promotional Payments clause defines the terms under which payments are made in connection with promotional activities or campaigns. Typically, it outlines the conditions for earning such payments, the calculation methods, and the timing of disbursements, such as bonuses for meeting sales targets or incentives for specific marketing efforts. This clause ensures that both parties understand when and how promotional payments are triggered, providing clarity and preventing disputes over compensation related to promotional initiatives.
