Common use of Promotional Activities Clause in Contracts

Promotional Activities. At the request of Health Plan, Provider will: (i) display Health Plan promotional materials in its offices and facilities as practical, and (ii) cooperate with and participate in all reasonable Health Plan marketing efforts so long as it does not violate federal or state Law or regulations. Provider will not use Health Plan’s name in any advertising or promotional materials without the prior written permission of Health Plan.
