Promise Program Sample Clauses
Promise Program. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will provide a onetime payment of $350,000 to support programs like the College Promise Program at Riverside City College and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Valley College and the Dual Enrollment Program at Norco College. These funds can be used for other programs at the discretion of the institution. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will amortize this investment on a straight-line basis over the 5-year period of this agreement. Should Riverside Community College District cancel or fail to renew this agreement before the end of that period, then Riverside Community College District shall reimburse ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for any amount of the investment not yet amortized.
Promise Program. If Provider renders Covered Services to Covered Persons under the State’s Promise Program, Provider shall facilitate notification of the Covered Person’s DSAMH care manager by notifying DSAMH, in accordance with DSAMH’s processes, as expeditiously as warranted by the Covered Person’s circumstances, of any known significant changes in the Covered Person’s condition or care, hospitalizations, or recommendations for additional services.
