Prologic Obligations. Prologic and its subsidiaries shall file, or cause to be filed, on a timely basis and at their sole cost and expense all tax returns, tax reports or similar filings required to be filed by any governmental entity or regulatory body with respect to Solid and its Subsidiaries for tax periods ending after September 30, 1999.
