Projected Start and Completion Dates. OCSE may commence comparisons and disclosures under this agreement upon completion of all of the following requirements: • OCSE and the authorized state agency officials sign the agreement; • The state agency submits the documentation required by OCSE to assess the security posture of the state agency; and • OCSE completes the notice and reporting requirements specified in subsection XII.A of the agreement. The projected start date of this agreement is July 19, 2020 and the projected expiration date is January 18, 2022 (18 months from the start date), or January 18, 2023 (if the agreement is renewed for another year).

SSA will conduct batch matches for DI applicants or beneficiaries with the NDNH database no more frequently than quarterly. OCSE may commence comparisons and disclosures under this agreement upon completion of all of the following requirements: • OCSE and SSA agency officials sign the agreement • SSA submits the documentation required by OCSE to assess the security posture of the agency; and • OCSE completes the notice and reporting requirements specified in subsection XII.A of the agreement.

The projected start date of this agreement is August 6, 2022, and the projected expiration date is February 5, 2024 (18 months from the start date), or February 4, 2025, if the agreement is renewed for one year. Any renewal will be signed in advance by OCSE, SSA and the respective DIB Chairpersons and must be signed between November 4, 2024, and February 4, 2025, and include OCSE’s and SSA’s certification that the requirements stated in section XII have been met. OCSE may commence comparisons and disclosures under this agreement upon completion of all of the following requirements: • OCSE and SSA agency officials sign the agreement; and • SSA submits the documentation required by OCSE to assess the security posture of the agency.

Projected Start and Completion Dates. The projected start date of this agreement is January 19, 2023, and the projected expiration date is July 18, 2024 (18 months from the start date). The parties may, within three months prior to the expiration date of this agreement, renew the agreement for a period of up to one year if the requirements stated in section XII.A are met, which would make the expiration date of this agreement July 18, 2025. OCSE and the HHS DIB Chairperson signed this agreement. To access the NDNH, state agencies must sign and return it to OCSE before the current agreement expires.
