Project Videos. Consultant shall produce videos. Consultant shall draft the video storyboard, script/framework and graphics for Agency review and approval. Consultant shall coordinate voice talent for narration (if applicable). Consultant shall produce videos in high definition or equivalent quality. Agency will coordinate Agency staff schedules for filming with Consultant. Consultant shall schedule date, time, and location with Agency prior to filming the videos.  Draft and final Project video(s) to Agency for review.

Project Videos. The project videos are an effective tool to provide stakeholders with an overview of the SoCaTel project in a very visual manner. The videos were designed to be short, to the point and to provide explanations from the project partners themselves as to what they aim to achieve through the co-design of the SoCaTel platform and the benefits of the co-creation process. The videos are featured on the SoCaTel project website and are very useful for pilot coordinators wishing to give potential stakeholder an initial understanding of what the project is about and how they could be involved. The key elements covered by the project videos include: • What is SoCaTel? • The SoCaTel platform • An insight into the co-creation process • An overview of the SoCaTel pilots. • Coverage of specific co-creation sessions at different pilot sites.
