Project Submissions. The Site contains content and materials (i) authored by or at the direction or request of a Project, including but not limited to, any of the foregoing prepared by any designee or representative of the Project, about, relating to or in connection with a Project Token and (ii) which is published or otherwise displayed on the Site (“Project Submissions”), none of which have been verified by PD for adequacy, accuracy or completeness. PD is not responsible for the legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness of such content. Further, use of the information provided may be restricted by the Projects under any additional terms required by a Token Purchase Agreement, if applicable.
