Project Specific Exclusions Clause Samples
The "Project-Specific Exclusions" clause defines particular items, services, or responsibilities that are expressly not included within the scope of a given project contract. In practice, this clause lists out tasks, materials, or obligations that the contractor or service provider will not be responsible for, such as certain site preparations, permits, or third-party equipment. By clearly delineating these exclusions, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and disputes by ensuring all parties are aware of the project's boundaries and their respective responsibilities.
