Project-Specific Contingency. A Project-specific Contingency will be determined by the Upper Division State where a Project is located, as applicable, in consultation with Reclamation, and will be included in the Budget and the PMP. Use of Project-specific contingency funds by Reclamation shall occur only upon consultation with and subsequent written approval from the applicable Upper Division State.
