Project Result Clause Samples
The 'Project Result' clause defines what constitutes the final deliverable or outcome produced by a project under the agreement. It typically specifies the nature, format, and ownership of the work product, such as reports, software, designs, or other tangible or intangible results created during the project. Project Result. The Recipient hereby grants for the benefit of the Government, its authorized users, assigns and successors-in-title an unconditional, irrevocable, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free and world-wide licence to Use the Project Result (and in relation to any Third Party Materials in respect of which the Recipient is not empowered to grant licence(s), the Recipient hereby undertakes to procure the grant of such licence(s) (on similar terms as those being granted by the Recipient under this Clause 27.1) for the benefit of the Government, its authorized users, assigns and successors-in-title in respect of such Third Party Materials prior to their Use by the Recipient) by any means and in any manner.
Project Result. The Recipient hereby grants for the benefit of the Government, its authorized users, assigns and successors-in-title an unconditional, irrevocable, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, world-wide, sub-licensable and transferable licence to Use the Project Result for any non-commercial purposes contemplated by this Agreement (and in relation to any Third Party Materials in respect of which the Recipient is not empowered to grant licence(s) or, as the case may be, any Project Result which is co-owned by the Recipient and any collaborating parties (including Sponsors)), the Recipient hereby undertakes to procure the grant of such licence(s) (on similar terms as those being granted by the Recipient under this Clause 25.1) for the benefit of the Government, its authorized users, assigns and successors-in-title in respect of such Third Party Materials and Project Result which is co-owned by the Recipient and any collaborating parties (including Sponsors) prior to their Use by the Recipient) by any means and in any manner.
Project Result. The University shall, on a non-exclusive basis, make available the Project Result to Eligible Beneficiaries by supplying of information, making transfer of technology or such other appropriate means. The University may charge a reasonable fee for making available the Project Result.
