Common use of Project Reports Clause in Contracts

Project Reports. 1. Yunnan shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports for the Project in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08(b) of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators set forth in Annex B to this Schedule. Each such Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Bank by March 15 and September 15 each year, starting September 15, 2010.

Project Reports. 1. Yunnan Jiangsu shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports for the Project in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08(b) of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators set forth in Annex B to this Schedule. Each such Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Bank by March February 15 and September August 15 each year, starting September on February 15, 2010.

Project Reports. 1. Yunnan Shandong shall monitor and evaluate the progress of its Respective Parts of the Project and prepare Project Reports for its Respective Parts of the Project Project, which shall also include adequate information regarding progress on the implementation of the Environmental Management Framework, in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08(b) of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators set forth in the Annex B to this Schedule. Each such Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Bank by March 15 and September 15 each year, starting September March 15, 20102011.

Project Reports. 1. Yunnan Sichuan shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Progress Reports for the Project in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08(b) of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators set forth in Annex B to this Schedule. Each such Project Progress Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Bank by March 15 31 and September 15 30 each year, starting September 15March 31, 20102012.

Yunnan Zhejiang shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports for the Project in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08(b) of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators set forth in Annex B to this Schedule. Each such Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Bank by March 15 1 and September 15 1 each year, starting September 151, 20102011.

Yunnan Guangdong shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports for the Project in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08(b) of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators set forth in the Annex B to this Schedule. Each such Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Bank by March 15 and September 15 each year, starting September March 15, 2010.

Each such Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semesteryear, and shall be furnished to the Borrower and the Bank by not later than March 15 and September 15 of each calendar year, starting September March 15, 20102012. Shandong shall prepare and furnish to the Bank not later than September 15 and March 15 of each calendar year, commencing March 15, 2012, semi-annual Project progress reports.
