Project Office Operations. The MT is supported by a Project Office at the Headquarters of the KM3NeT-phase1 project. The office shall deliver support in the field of project management, such as financial and human resource management, budget preparation and control, maintenance of data bases with vital project information, maintenance of the project schedule, organization of meetings etc. The personnel of the office is hired on project basis, financed from the Common Fund.
