Project Next Steps. It is proposed that the current governance arrangements continue into the next phase of the project i.e. that the Business Case is presented to the respective Cabinets, that senior Members are kept informed of progress through the usual channels, and all Members generally through joint communications where appropriate. Governance arrangements and decision-making arrangements for the shared service operation will be explored in more detail in the next phase of the programme.
