Common use of Project Material Clause in Contracts

Project Material. 8.1 All Intellectual Property Rights in Project Material made by QUT shall vest in QUT. All Intellectual Property Rights in Project Material made by Quoin shall vest in Quoin. All Intellectual Property Rights in Project Material made jointly by QUT and Quoin shall jointly vest in QUT and Quoin. 8.2 The parties each grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence in the Project Materials that they own to the other party for the performance of the Project and for internal - non-commercial research and teaching purposes. 8.3 No party may unlawfully use the Project Material in which another party owns enforceable Intellectual Property Rights except as expressly specified in this Agreement or in compliance with the written consent of that other party.
