Common use of Project Material Clause in Contracts

Project Material. 12.1. For the duration of the Project, goods procured under the Grant shall remain at the unrestricted disposal of the Project and shall not be diverted without prior written approval of Switzerland. No ownership transfer is allowed within five years after the completion of the Project unless the Contracting Parties agree otherwise. SDC shall assume no liability whatsoever in connection with said goods.
