Project Level. 4.2.1 GENERAL ASSEMBLY All BENEFICIARIES shall be members of the GENERAL ASSEMBLY. The PROJECT COORDINATOR shall chair all meetings of the GENERAL ASSEMBLY. The GENERAL ASSEMBLY shall have an annual meeting for reviewing and monitoring the progress of the PROJECT as well as identifying appropriate actions for the successful performance of the PROJECT.
