Project Level. For the rate of $70.00 per month, Project Level membership includes access to basic and plus level tools (as referenced within the Tools Index) as well as CNC router, laser cutter, welder, plasma cuter and 10 hours of supervised time on advanced 3D printing and CNC mill and lathe machines. All members agree and acknowledge that any and all tools and/or equipment set forth above are subject to change based on the discretion and assessment of need, use, availability, member demand, and other circumstances as determined by P3 Makerspace at Purdue Polytechnic Xxxxxxxx. P3 Makerspace at Purdue Polytechnic Xxxxxxxx will provide all members with ninety (90) days’ notice of any change related to the fee structure. In the event a member fails to timely submit payment of membership fees, such membership will terminate immediately.

Project Level. County Consulting has two project levels: Technical Services Contracts and Technical Assistance Agreements. Technical Services Contracts are those projects anticipated to be multi-year in effort, with the total cost higher than $5,000. Technical Assistance Agreements are those planning efforts anticipated to be completed within one year and have a total cost of $5,000 or less.   • Sound Level Company will take all reasonable measures to reduce to a minimum vibrations that may cause damage to any equipment, structure, building or portion of any building whether on the Premises, Common Use Areas, or located elsewhere on the Airport, and to keep the sound level of its operation as low as possible.

  • Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities. In July of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of each agency will, upon request, meet with the Union, to hear the employees’ views regarding staffing levels. In August of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of Budget and Management will, upon request, meet with the Union to hear the employees’ views regarding the Governor’s budget request.

  • Service Level Expectations Without limiting any other requirements of the Agreement, the Service Provider shall meet or exceed the following standards, policies, and guidelines:

  • Informal Level Before filing a formal written grievance, the grievant shall attempt to resolve it by an informal conference with his/her immediate supervisor.

  • Performance Levels (a) The Performance Levels which apply to the performance by the respective Parties of their obligations under this Agreement are set out in Part 1 of Schedule 5. A failure by either Party to achieve the relevant Performance Level will not constitute a breach of this Agreement and the only consequences of such failure as between the Parties shall be the consequences set out in this Clause 5.6.

  • Contract Goals A. For purposes of this procurement, OGS conducted a comprehensive search and determined that the Contract does not offer sufficient opportunities to set goals for participation by MWBEs as subcontractors, service providers, or suppliers to Contractor. Contractor is, however, encouraged to make every good faith effort to promote and assist the participation of MWBEs on this Contract for the provision of services and materials.   • Performance Expectations The Charter School’s performance in relation to the indicators, measures, metrics and targets set forth in the Comprehensive Performance Framework shall provide the basis upon which the SCSC will decide whether to renew the Charter School’s Charter Contract at the end of the Charter term. This section shall not preclude the SCSC from considering other factors when relevant.

  • Service Level In the event that League InfoSight discovers or is notified by you of the existence of Non-Scheduled Downtime, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to determine the source of the problem and attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible.
