Project knowledge. Prior to concluding contracts, in order to implement a project the supplier is obliged to carefully examine the project-specific documents provided for the implementation and to acquire comprehensive knowledge of all of the underlying conditions relevant for his performance, particularly with regard to the location and the specific execution of all components and the legal requirements relating to his work.
