Project Inquiries. Provider shall not release any Work for publication, advertisement or other purpose without the prior written approval of UVM. Provider agrees to refer any third party or media inquiries regarding the Work promptly to the UVM Communications Office. Provider also agrees to refer any inquiries regarding public rights of access to meetings or documents immediately to the UVM Office of the General Counsel.
