Project Incrementality Clause Samples
The Project Incrementality clause defines how a project is divided into distinct, manageable phases or increments, each with its own deliverables and milestones. In practice, this clause outlines the process for reviewing, approving, and implementing each increment before proceeding to the next, often including criteria for acceptance and payment tied to each stage. Its core function is to provide structure and control over complex projects, reducing risk by allowing for adjustments and reassessment at each phase, and ensuring that both parties remain aligned throughout the project's progression.
