Common use of Project Implementing Entity Clause in Contracts

Project Implementing Entity. The Recipient shall cause the Project Implementing Entity to: (i) carry out the implementation of its Respective Parts of the Project, in accordance with this Agreement, the Project Agreement and the Project Implementation Manual and the Subsidiary Agreement; and (ii) ensure that the Project Implementing Entity has the necessary resources to carry out its Respective Parts of the Project.

Project Implementing Entity. The Recipient shall cause the Project Implementing Entity to: (i) carry out to be responsible for the implementation of its Respective Parts Part 1 (b) of the Project, in accordance with this Agreementas well as financial and administrative management, the Project Agreement including disbursement, and the Project Implementation Manual and the Subsidiary Agreement; and (ii) ensure that the Project Implementing Entity has the necessary resources to carry out its Respective Parts procurement under said Part of the Project.
