Project Implementation Responsibility. The scope and objectives of any service engagement shall be jointly managed by Customer and AvePoint to better ensure completion of the project; however, as the software implementation experts, AvePoint shall have the sole right to manage the details (who, what, where, when and how) of the project implementation, taking duly into consideration Customer’s stated legitimate interests.
