Common use of Project Implementation and Completion Clause in Contracts

Project Implementation and Completion. Recipient shall implement and complete the Project in accordance with the plans and specifications and all documents or plans included in Exhibit A, incorporated herein, as they may be revised or modified with the written approval of ODA. In accordance with the provisions of Section 6, Recipient shall notify ODA in writing of all changes in the project activities prior to performing any changes and shall not perform any changes until receiving written prior approval from ODA.
