Project Extension. LILLY, at its sole discretion, may extend ----------- ----------------- the Initial Term for an additional term of at least one (1) year but not to exceed two (2) years as it deems appropriate under the same terms and conditions described herein, provided LILLY notifies MEGABIOS of its decision to extend the Project (including the term of such extension) at least ninety (90) days prior to expiration of the Initial Term of the Project.
