Project Expiration and Restart. In 2008 Agreement, The City of Stockton issued a Notice to Proceed for the Project. Afterward, the Project was put on hold until the Agreement Expired. The CITY desires to re-engage ARTIST to continue to work on the public artwork project at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road. CITY will work cooperatively with the ARTIST in order to complete the commission of the public artwork as contemplated pursuant to this Agreement.
