Project Exit Clause Samples
The Project Exit clause defines the terms and procedures for ending a project before its planned completion. It typically outlines the conditions under which either party may initiate an exit, the required notice period, and the responsibilities for winding down work, such as final deliverables, payments, or return of materials. This clause ensures both parties have a clear, agreed-upon process for disengagement, minimizing disputes and providing a structured way to handle early termination or unforeseen circumstances.
