Project Descriptions. The SOQ shall include a project description for each project listed in Forms E-1, E-2, E-3, E-4 and E-5. For the projects listed on more than one of Forms E-1, E-2, E-3, E-4 and E-5, Proposer shall provide a separate project description for each such listing.
