Project Defined. The ESCO shall complete design, as necessary, procure, fabricate and install the ECMs specified in Schedule A and provide training, commissioning, monitoring and all other services specified in this Agreement and the Project Documents set forth in Section 3.5 at the Facility described in Schedule D.
