Project Defined. The Project established by the Agreement includes a master- planned residential subdivision that will include single family lots, open spaces and two (2) small retail tracts of land. The Project, includes the subdivision of the Property, the construction of off- site and on-site utility and road facilities to serve the Project and Subdivision Infrastructure to be dedicated and conveyed to the City, and other infrastructure adequate for the development of the Project consistent with this Agreement (the “Project”). The Project will include multiple phases for platting and construction purposes.
