Common use of Project Defined Clause in Contracts

Project Defined. Each party may receive from the other party information of a non-public nature for use by such party and its officers, directors, agents, employees and representatives, including financial and legal advisers (collectively "Representatives"), in the course of the performance of the Agreement to which this Nondisclosure Agreement is attached.
