Project Cost and Completion. The Borrowers' estimate of the total cost of the Project (including contingencies) is the equivalent of $10,113,500 based on the financial plan set forth in Schedule 3.01(l)(i) (the "PROJECT FINANCIAL PLAN").
Project Cost and Completion. The Borrower’s estimate of total Project Costs (including contingencies) is the equivalent of three hundred eighty one million seven hundred sixty five thousand Dollars ($381,765,000) based on the financial plan set forth on Schedule 3.01(l) (Financial Plan) (the “Financial Plan”), and the Borrower’s good faith estimate of the date on which it will achieve Project Completion is not later than June 30, 2013.
