Project Continuation. In the event that an individual or group of individuals desire to continue the project after the conclusion of the 2019 iGEM competition:
1. The intention to continue with the project must be communicated to the rest of the members of the team.
2. Team members who have contributed to the project must be given the option to contribute to a fair and equitable agreement for the continuation of the project based on shared contribution and responsibility.
3. Team members must be given the option to continue with the project pursuant to the agreement created.
4. Those who do not wish to continue the work will be asked to sign an agreement to relinquish their stake in the project and any associated intellectual property.
Project Continuation. Logic requires that accounts not exceed the payment terms of Net thirty (30) days. Accounts past thirty (30) days will immediately be placed on hold and internal resources will be reallocated until the account is paid.
Project Continuation. (a) During the Project Review, the Sponsors shall discuss the Crossrail Project, their respective roles in it and any concerns that either of them have with regard to continuing their commitment to the Crossrail Project. Each Sponsor shall provide the other Sponsor and CRL with a reasonable opportunity to respond to any such concerns.
(b) At each of Review Point 3 and Review Point 4, each Sponsor shall be entitled to decide at its own discretion whether or not the Crossrail Project should proceed. If both Sponsors wish to continue with the Crossrail Project, they will issue a notice to CRL to that effect (a "Positive Project Review Notice") and this Agreement shall continue. If either or both of the Sponsors do not wish the Crossrail Project to proceed further, they will issue a notice to CRL to this effect (a "Negative Project Review Notice") and Clause 28 shall apply.

We strongly believe it is imperative to ensuring that all young people, regardless of their socio-economic status have an opportunity to benefit from the citizenship training, positive values-based, character devel opment programs of Scouting by providing subsidy to those that need support and desire to participate. We have served students in New Haven county from the Hill, Newhallville, and Fairhaven communities. We seek to expand to all schools and are excited about the opportunity to serve the students at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ in the West Rock neighborhood. A key goal is to make the STEM School & Summer Program a mainstay in the landscape of the Connecticut Yankee Council, Boy Scouts of America. As we continue to grow this program, funding is needed to underwrite the programmatic cost that we know our participant's families would struggle to provide (e.g. to purchase the program supplies and tee shirts). In term of leveraging this gift, there are opportunities to engage other foundation, individual and corporate partners. All sponsors will be invited to attend the end of program Science Fair and see the projects the participants have been working on. We also have opportunities to lead demonstrations based on their level of expertise. As this is a program offered through the Boy Scouts of America, we see an opportunity for a local Scout Troop to lead a skills demonstration such as building personal first aid kits or emergency pre paredness The program's effectiveness will be based on three criteria.
Project Continuation. The County acknowledges and agrees that an election by the County at any time to terminate this Agreement the right of the Company in accordance with applicable law and the Permits (if then issued), to Permit, develop, construct, operate, or continue to operate the Landfill and Facility contemplated by this Agreement. The Company agrees that such termination of this Agreement by the County shall not release Company from any obligation imposed upon the Company by the Permits, the Act, or the Solid Waste Rules, or by any other applicable Environmental Law, concerning the operation, closure, or post-closure maintenance of the Facility, or other legal or regulatory requirements applicable to the Facility.
Project Continuation. The Town of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Police Department will assume the cost associated with the DDACTS analyst at the termination of the three-year Governor’s Highway Safety Program grant and will maintain the program at or above the levels funded in this grant.
