Project content. Party B and the third-party investor introduced by Huicheng Ruida shall jointly invest in and incorporate a sino-foreign joint venture (hereinafter referred to as the “Joint Venture”), and Party B shall select two wholly domestic-funded persons (individuals or other entities) to incorporate the project operating company (temporarily named as Genetron (Wuxi) Biotech Co., Ltd. The real name depends on the verification by and the registration with the industrial and commercial bureau) and its wholly-owned subsidiary (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Operating Company”) in Jiangsu Wuxi (Huishan) Life Science & Technology Industrial Park. The Operating Company shall be controlled by the Joint Venture through VIE architecture. The Operating Company shall be mainly responsible for the construction of the precision medicine platform for cancer early screening, implementation of liver screening in a large population cohort for the benefit of the people and the normal operation of gene detection, cancer screening and other processes under the Project in the future.

Project content. The overall objective of this project is the creation of a system which allows arranging remote court sessions, recording and preserving materials of these sessions in the electronic form. Project purposes (outcomes) • To optimize court proceedings in terms of costs and time used; • To simplify possibilities of specific groups of the society to participate in court proceedings; • To expand modern information technology usage in courts; • To improve knowledge of the staff of courts, NCA and prisons in the creation and implementation of the system for video transmission, recording and storage in courts during the study visits. Expected outputs • Video-conferencing equipment procured and installed in NCA, courts and prisons; • Personnel of courts, NCA and prisons trained on how to use video-conferencing equipment; • Hardware and software for recording and storage of remote court sessions in the electronic form procured and installed in NCA; • Improved knowledge of the staff of courts, NCA and prisons in the creation and implementation of the system for video transmission, recording and storage in courts during the visits to EU and EFTA countries. Activities (components) • To procure video-conferencing equipment including training for the employees of courts, prisons and NCA on how to work with video-conferencing equipment; • To procure hardware and software for recording and storage of remote court sessions in the electronic form. • To organize visits for the staff of courts, NCA and prisons to EU and EFTA countries for the exchange of experience on video transmission, recording and storage in courts (It is planned that NCA will find appropriate institutions - EU and EFTA countries to visit itself). Project content. The ISEC project adopts an innovative talent training mode and is open to students enrolled in undergraduate enrollment plan of domestic institutions of higher education. The normal domestic four-year schooling system can be adopted, and the domestic and foreign two-stage learning mode can also be adopted, among which the domestic learning period should not be less than two years. In the domestic stage, students can learn through the English enhancement and ISEC courses. Eligible students can transfer to the Exchange schools in North America and Europe through credit transfer in the third or fourth year. Graduates may receive bachelor’s degree from foreign universities and undergraduate diploma and bachelor’s degree from domestic universities, which are approved by the Ministry of Education of China. Party B is responsible for introducing ISEC projects for Party A. Party A is the main body of ISEC projects. Party B undertakes part of school responsibilities and obligations according to Party A’s requirements, such as assisting in application, building teams, promoting enrollment, organizing teaching, providing foreign teachers for some courses, and arranging students to dock with foreign universities, to complete the school-running tasks of the project with high quality.
