Project B. In addition to retaining its rights to develop Project A pursuant to the terms of the Original Agreement, as modified herein, Developer has requested the right to develop an alternative project on the Property consisting of 62 residential townhomes, parking, and open space for residents, as detailed in Section 1.24, referred to herein as Project B. Project B is consistent with the Corridor Mixed Use land use designation, as amended by GPA No. 00002-24, and with the Perry Street Specific Plan, as amended by SPA No. 00002-24.
