Common use of Project Architect Clause in Contracts

Project Architect. Authority and Developer shall mutually consider proposals from, select from among, and (one of the parties) retain a qualified, experience professional architect to work with the Parties in preparation of the Plan for Avon/Dakota and implementation of the Phase or Phase of such Plan (“Project Architect”). Once the Plan is prepared and completed and one or more Properties are acquired for a Phase or Phases, then as to each Phase to be implemented pursuant to a Phase Affordable Housing Agreement and, as applicable, Phase Implementation Agreement Developer may change and select a different architect for a Phase or Phases, but each new architect shall be subject to the prior approval of Authority and if approved shall then be the Project Architect.
